Founded in 1999, Tan Hung Co (THC) is a leading manufacturer of white, color, and additive masterbatches along with custom-formulated engineered plastic compounds in Vietnam. Our products are used to improve the appearance and performance of plastic applications. Our mission is to provide cost effective solutions through innovative product research and development.
THC serves Vietnam and overseas markets with over 1,000 customers and constantly growing. We are a company that never stops improving itself, striving to offer world-class products and services in accordance to strict international regulations. To meet the growing demands domestically and expansion into the global market, THC is continuously improving its manufacturing facility of 16,000 m² with better compounding lines and laboratory testing equipment. Our manufacturing facility has the capacity of producing over 18,000 metric tons of masterbatches and plastic compounds annually.
In 2014, THC invested in an upscale compounding line, utilizing the latest in process control systems from the United States, designed specifically to produce highly filled and white masterbatches for high demanding applications such as extrusion coating and lamination for the packaging industry.
In addition to our testing and control laboratories, THC will complete a new research and development laboratory with sophisticated instruments by end of 2016 to carry out in-depth product research and development to serve the global market and to develop products for high demanding applications. With this new R&D facility in place, our goal is also to offer customers with better technical and analytical support that help them to manufacture better products at a lower cost.
