Vietnam government plans to restrict foreign investment in 11 industries
According to the Vietnamese law network reported on September 16, the head of the legal department of the Ministry of planning and investment of Vietnam recently said that the Ministry is working out further implementation rules of the latest investment law (Amendment) passed by the National Congress, including a list of restricted foreign investment fields.
According to the official, it is expected that 11 industries will be restricted from foreign investment, including the trade fields monopolized by the state, various forms of media and information collection, fishery fishing or development, safety investigation services, judicial appraisal, property evaluation, notarization and other judicial services, labor dispatch services, cemetery funeral services, public opinion surveys, opinion polls and blasting services , transport identification and inspection services, scrapped vessel import and demolition services.
