It is reported that the shop opened by Motovac in Bulawayo has created 20 jobs in Zimbabwe, 90% of which are women.

Mphoko said that these female employees were appointed after formal training, which is mainly to set an example for promoting gender equality in Zimbabwe.

Motovac's business scope includes suspension parts, engine parts, bearings, ball joints and brake pads.

In addition, the company has opened 12 branches in Namibia, 18 branches in Botswana, and 2 branches in Mozambique.
