Colonial Patterns, our sister company, began back in 1952 as a pattern shop. The business continued progressive expansion and mandated a need for a larger facility which was built in 1984. The company evolved to become a modern full service proptotype/mold making shop. On July 1, 2003 the plastic injection molding portion of our family business became Enterprise Plastics, Inc. Along with this name change, we have made improvements to our processing, procedures and personnel.
Our injection molding facility, Enterprise Plastics, Inc., has 22,000 square feet of floor space for press operation, additional 12,000 square feet for warehousing, labeling, shipping and receiving.
We are a family owned and run business that prides itself on allowing its owners to take a fully active, hands-on role in serving our clients and customers throughout each step of product development. Our service and quality of product is what sets us apart from competitors. We stand behind every product developed in our company with a quality assurance guarantee and can make products at a cost you would expect to receive at an overseas facility.
We have 3 office support staff, a plant manager and his assistant. The plant has approximately 25 full time employees and part time employees who cover three shifts.
We have implemented a formal quality control and inspection program. Production is being monitored for quality control issues on a regular schedule. This procedure begins with the first part off the production line and continues until the final part is shipped from our facility. This procedure will help to assure that you receive the highest quality manufactured product.
We invite you to see the quality and difference we can provide by giving us a call. We will work with you every step of the way to guarantee the results.
