1. Low wages
The apprenticeship salary is only about 1-2k, mainly based on the actual situation of the factory. At present, the salary of ordinary employees in most factories is about 3-4k, and the work is relatively simple, and the salary for overtime work can reach 5k. But the mold apprenticeship is different, the work is hard and tiring, and the salary is not high. Many apprentices just see the suffering in front of them, without long-term plans, and they overlook the most important point-what they have learned now can double their future salary several times.

2. Can't find the object
There are already fewer girls in the mold industry, and even fewer in the factory. I usually work most of the time. I haven't had a chance to get to know the opposite sex when I work. Every day I come into contact with steel and motor oil. Naturally, the skin of my hands is not so good. I am embarrassed to hold a girl's hand. In addition, the salary when I was an apprentice was not high, so I didn't like going on a blind date. So many molders in their 30s have not found a girlfriend. It is impossible for such a job to be accepted by the masses of young people.

3. It takes a long time
It usually takes 4 to 5 years for an apprentice to reach the level of a master locksmith. But today's young people are more impatient. Mold technology requires slow work and meticulous work. Persistence is the only option. At the same time, we must be careful and patient. Now the pace of life is fast, and few young people can calm down and learn about molds. I want to get rich overnight, and some who can persist will leave after a year and a half.
