Possible causes of problems:
(1) Bending is due to excessive internal stress in the injection parts.
(2) The mold filling speed is slow.
(3) insufficient plastic in the mold cavity.
(4) The plastic temperature is too low or inconsistent.
(5) The injection parts are too hot when ejecting.
(6) insufficient cooling or the temperature of moving and fixed mold is not consistent.
(7) The structure of the injection parts is not reasonable (such as the reinforcement bars are concentrated on one side, but far apart).
Solution:
(1) Reduce injection pressure.
(2) Reduce the screw forward time.
(3) Increase the cycle time (especially the cooling time).
Immediately after eject from the mold (especially the thick injection parts), immerse into warm water (38℃) to cool the injection parts slowly.
(4) Increase the injection speed.
(5) Increase the temperature of plastic.
(6) Use cooling equipment.
(7) Appropriately increase the cooling time or improve the cooling conditions, as far as possible to ensure that the temperature of the moving and fixed mold is consistent.
(8) According to the actual situation, improve the structure of plastic parts as permitted.
