1. The manufacturer chooses low-quality or recycled polycarbonate as the raw material for the endurance board. The endurance board is made of low-quality polycarbonate, which looks blurry or has some small spots, resulting in uneven color of the endurance board;

2. The color masterbatch of endurance board is unevenly dispersed during the extrusion process. When the PC endurance board is extruded, the color masterbatch is not well distributed, which causes the endurance board's extrusion port to appear streaked;

3. Poor stability of polycarbonate pellets or masterbatch. In order to make the board have a uniform color, the manufacturer must strictly control the production conditions, and pay attention to the temperature, material and production cycle during the production process;

4. The shape and extrusion method of the endurance board will also cause uneven color of the endurance board. Sometimes, the shape or position of the PC endurance board has a certain influence on the filling of the board, causing local color difference of the board;

5. The cooling rate of each part of the extruder is different. When extruding colored endurance boards, the cooling rate of each part of the machine should be as consistent as possible.
