No, more solutions are needed to be implemented together. Paper straws are just a substitute for transitional use. There needs to be a choice of lower-carbon substitutes and diversification, otherwise it will increase more negative impacts on the ecological environment. It would be even better if the disposable cup itself was designed to be able to suck without an additional straw.
