Analysis of possible causes of badness:
1. When shooting glue, the flow of the material is similar to that of liquid. You should have seen the river. When there are some branches and other debris in the river, there are often some of these kinds of sticking to the river bank and staying along the bank. If in injection molding, the glass fiber is exposed.
2.This is because the fluidity of glass fiber is much worse than that of plastic, and the flow of plastic in the mold is from the middle of the interlayer to the front, and the two sides are turned outward, so the best fluidity must be the best. In the front, the poor fluidity will stay on the surface of the mold. (When making PP and other raw materials, the color of the bonding line and the final part are also different, but the front is generally waxy, and it is separated from the toner, especially when it is added. The color masterbatch is the most obvious, because the color masterbatch is usually made of PE as a carrier) and it is also the reason why it is used for the surface of the fireproof material mold to absorb the fireproofing agent)

Generally, the proportion of exposed fiber can be reduced slightly by adopting these methods:
1. Increase the injection speed. (After increasing the speed, although there is a difference in flow speed between glass fiber and plastic, compared to high-speed injection, the ratio of the relative speed difference is very small, just like a river There will never be branches left in the rapids for the same reason.
2. Increase the mold temperature. (The meaning of increasing the mold temperature is to reduce the contact resistance between the glass fiber and the mold, so that the speed difference between the glass fiber and the plastic is as small as possible. And the middle of the plastic flow is as thick as possible, so that the two The side shell should be as thin as possible. (Steam injection molding uses this principle) so that it’s as if the smooth river bank cannot hold the branches)
3. Reduce the temperature of the measuring chamber and reduce the amount of sol (this is to minimize the possibility of separating plastic and glass fiber)
