1.Teflon is too soft to be processed. If the friction coefficient of Teflon is low, it is not wear-resistant.
2. Nylon wear-resistant, cocoa, injection molding and processing efficiency are higher. The disadvantage is that the elasticity is poor. Wheels are not suitable for some occasions. The price of nylon 66 is also slightly higher.
3..Polyurethane can be used. TPU modified with UHMWPE has a much longer life than conventional TPU. If it is not enough, UHMWPE can be used to modify CPU.
