Organic has relatively mature reaction mechanism and structural analysis methods, and the general research is still in the gas/solution system, which feels more like traditional "molecular chemistry".
The results of inorganic research on solids are relatively more (or more popular), and are often closer to solid physics (especially modern and materials), and it is a pity that there is not much content in undergraduate teaching at this stage. But occasionally seeing some interesting ionic crystals or magical coordination compounds is quite interesting.
