I'm a purchaser of a small company. Last May, I didn't understand this line, so I found a mold factory for the company. At that time, the other party's attitude was very positive. We felt that the other party's distance, scale and price met the requirements and chose cooperation.
When the mold was handed over in July last year, the samples made several times were not very optimistic. There was no big problem after adjusting several times. We were in a hurry to get the goods, so we paid all the mold balance. Last year, the quotation was 40 dollars for a set of products. This year, it was raised to 45 dollars for a set of products. Our quantity is not much. In the first half of this year, we made 500 sets of products (the contract starts from 1000 sets. After all, the other party's products are unstable, many of them are unqualified, and our order quantity has not increased at present). In the second half of this year, we said we would make 500 sets, but the other party refused to cooperate on the grounds of being busy and unable to make the price, Even in the first sentence, don't we want to adjust the mold?
What should I do in this situation? I just hope to cooperate normally. I really can't negotiate mode adjustment. For more than a year, we had a little initiative before we paid the final payment. Paying the final payment of the mold was like a beggar. I couldn't sleep when I met the mold for more than a year.
