I often see many articles on the Internet about plastic garbage, and see pictures of plastic garbage piled up in cities and discarded in the sea, which will do harm to animals in the sea. It is really shocking. I deeply feel that it is urgent to control plastic garbage.
But even if I can go to the supermarket alone and bring my own bags and use less disposable lunch boxes, I still feel like a drop in the bucket. Moreover, shopping in the supermarket is basically impossible to avoid buying all kinds of plastic packaged food. Every day I see that I have discarded so many plastic packaging tapes, I feel sad and helpless.
Why can't businesses reduce plastic packaging as much as possible?
It's no use relying on ordinary people to reduce their use. It should be solved from the source.
I understand that the primary purpose of manufacturers is to make profits. The low-cost alternative plastic products may not be widely promoted, but the current plastic products are also overused.
Is there really no way to control it? The consequences of destroying the environment will eventually fall on all of us.
