Will PVC (polyvinyl chloride) release VCM (vinyl chloride monomer) after high temperature/ultraviolet rays/ozone? I used a 36W UV lamp to illuminate the PVC plastic bag for 1.5 hours at close range (next to it). I was a little curious.
