Mould graduates want to enter the industry?

I graduated from junior college in mold design. I was curious about mold design, but I saw a lot of mixed comments on mold design. Do you really have a low salary in this industry? Do you really work overtime every day? I also want to ask the working mold design brothers how much your working hours are. I think many people will be difficult to come out if they enter this industry. If we don't engage in this industry, will there be any recommended industry.
