How to choose 3D printer?

I want to have a 3D printer for printing models, small parts, or mobile phone cases. I don't know what is better? What materials are used? I can only use UG. Is this printer supported? Will there be a desktop CNC and 3D scanner in the future? I know I have a lot of questions. Which brand is more suitable for home use? I hope you can recommend it.
