Or print another material on the existing metal structure?
The structure to be printed is very simple, that is, a cylinder is covered with a steel pipe, which requires a good connection between the two, and the interface can ensure a certain strength.
Now I want to use 3D printing to complete the molding of the inner and outer layers at the same time. If it's very difficult, I'll first make the inner cylinder and print the Ti alloy on the outer side. Because it's biomedical field, biocompatibility, the outer layer must be made of titanium alloy.
Please help to provide some solutions and feasibility suggestions!
