How about the development of junior college students as mold apprentices?

Unsolved Reward points:0 - From the end of the problem as well

Is there any predecessor to talk about it? Do you have any opinions?

I came out of junior college and worked as a salesman for a year. I felt that I was young only suitable as a sales because have no technology. So, I went from my hometown to other coastal factories to learn injection mold from my relatives. I wanted to learn some technology. I worked as a fitter for half a year.

Now I am arranged to study in CNC but I feel very tired. I work two shifts and have low wages. I have to work overtime every day. I can't find a girlfriend in the factory. My relatives have been working in mold for nearly 30 years. It's a management job who tells me that there are fewer and fewer people studying mould now. It will be popular after three or five more years, but I feel I can't hold on.
