World Polybags Int (Pvt) Ltd is one of the biggest polymer article manufacturers in Sri Lanka.
It was incorporated as a private limited liability company in 1995 with a vision to become a world class polymer article producer. The company was formed with the technical assistance of a leading Japanese Company.
At World Polybags we count over 15 years of experience in the manufacture of polymer articles. Since its inception we have determinedly striped towards achieving excellence in the packaging industry.
Our determination and stability have moved us steadily to become a world class plant. We have continuously developed our products with the aim of being the leader in the production of internationally accepted polyethylene articles.
The increased demand in the recent past has prompted us to step up production and for which purpose we have expanded the factory complex. This complex is now equipped with the modern state of the art manufacturing plant applying the latest technology and strict quality controls to produce order after order on time. Our products are of highest quality produced under tight quality assurance while maintaining high quality standards with a strong emphasis in our production program on HDPE and LDPE plain/printed bags and sheets.
