SFB Plastics, Inc. is a privately held material handling and packaging manufacturer headquartered in Wichita, Kansas.  Founded in 1970 as the patented provider of thermoformed plastic freezer spacers, the company expanded into rigid packaging in 1976 and has specialized in HDPE blowmolding of industrial containers for over 40 years.

While continuing to offer freezer spacers, we manufacture containers ranging from 12 ounces to 6 gallons in size.  We service several markets, including (but not limited to) industrial chemical, agricultural chemical, food/sauce, oil, flavorings/extracts, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, pet/vet and many more.

With 8 blowmolding machines and 1 thermoformer in operation, we have the production capacity and flexibility to service customers both large and small all while maintaining very short lead-times.  Our containers are produced using 100% virgin HDPE resin and can be made in a wide color and weight range and in many packaging configurations.  Additional services and options include bottle sleeving as well as adding recycled plastic (PCR), anti-stat or UV protection to the container.

SFB Plastics is a 24/5 operation employing 50+ team members in our production, quality, maintenance, engineering, warehousing departments and office.  The company owns and operates over 90,000 square feet of production, warehouse, tooling and office space.  Doing in-house tooling and mold repair, operating our own electrical generator and staffing an on-site lab are just some of the competitive advantages SFB has that allow us to offer our customers the highest quality products at the most competitive prices.
