Regarding Cards

Established in 2002, Regarding Cards, Inc. began as a collaboration of carding industry colleagues, including Rochelle Fink.

In 2001, Rochelle had accumulated 6 years experience as the Director of Card Services of Blackboard, Inc. in Brookings, SD when due to corporate mergers, the Brookings operations were moved to Phoenix, AZ.

At that time, existing Blackboard customers persuaded Rochelle and a small number of her colleagues to explore business opportunities in the carding industry.

Incorporated in 2002, Regarding Cards, Inc. started as a part-time operation and has grown to a full-time business with constantly expanding services. Starting with custom pre-printed cards, Regarding Cards has grown to offer a wide range of card printing supplies, carding printing equipment, and card printing services that include off-site recarding of entire campuses.

Rochelle, who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from SDSU in Brookings, SD also offers professional card design as a service to customers.

In 2006, Regarding Cards, Inc. was purchased by Rochelle Fink and remains a Sole Proprietorship to this day.

2016 marks a 20-year milestone in the carding industry.
