RIM Manufacturing specializes in Custom Reaction Injection Molding, a process for producing affordable polyurethane plastic parts uniquely different from injection molding and other molding processes. RIM Molding tools costs are 70%-80% less than injection molding tooling, however with similar design and structural tolerance, which provides RIM Molding a significant advantage over processes like vacuum forming.

The RIM process allows for creative design flexibility, varied wall thickness on the same part, over-molding of a variety of materials, high tolerance capability, large and lightweight parts, Class A paint finish, varied part texture, and other benefits.
