Hahl is a processor-fabricator of thermoplastic and thermoset plastic materials. It manufactures extruded monofilaments, such as sewing thread, filaments for papermakers fabrics, trimmer and fishing lines, and specialty fiberglass products, such as the Glassmaster Composites Modular Building system. In 2007, Glassmaster was purchased by Lenzing Plastics and renamed Hahl. The company produces a fiberglass boat line which includes 18-foot through 22-foot bay boats. Other boats will be a high-performance line of pleasure boats starting with the 23.5-foot Staccato Series. The company is located in Lexington, S.C
