Located in the heart of the automotive region of Kentucky, Par 4’s campus spans over 200,000 square feet and is equipped for manufacturing, molding, assembly, in-house design and engineering. We are proven to be a dynamic custom injection molder reinforced with our own in-house tool room. Not only do we have state of the art facilities and equipment, our team is what sets Par 4 Plastics apart from the industry. Our team consists of 200 team members, running 3 shifts on 50 IMMs ranging from 85 ton to 1150 ton. All of our equipment is automated with various poka-yoke technology for quality performance. Our facilities have state of art LED lighting and air conditioning.
We manufacture 2000+ parts that are run “just-in-time.” Our product mix is complex, running 200+ materials in 600+ tools. We average 30 mold/insert changes and 10 color changes per day, shipping 120,000+ pieces on 25+ trucks to companies in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
