OTEC Präzisionsfinish GmbH was founded in 1996 the town of
Straubenhardt, near Pforzheim in southwest Germany. Over the past 20
years, OTEC has worked its way up from a start-up for polishing tools in
the jewellery and watchmaking industries to a company operating
internationally in a wide range of industries. OTEC now has around 100
employees in a management, research and production area covering 8000 m²
at its headquarters in Germany. Thanks to continual further development
and growing manpower, the areas of application have been permanently
expanding and a perfect interplay between machine and consumables has
been developed, which is now used by thousands of customers to great
success. In the 2013 financial year, OTEC generated turnover of approx.
17 million euros. The smooth operation and long service life also
appeals to international customers, thanks to the high-quality
processing of our machines "Made in Germany".
