OSBORNE INDUSTRIES, INC.

With a vision to preserve a small rural community by providing employment opportunities in north central Kansas, a group of businessmen organized a small manufacturing company called Osborne Industries, Inc. in 1973. Osborne Industries was started in a 4-H building on the county fairgrounds by hand laying-up one product, the Stanfield® heat pad. The Stanfield heat pad is still marketed and sold as part of our proprietary line of livestock management equipment. By 1976, Osborne Industries developed a closed molding process, later known as Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), and launched the development of a new low-cost method of Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) in 1993.
Since our meager beginning in 1973, Osborne Industries has grown to occupy 242,000 sq-ft of manufacturing, warehouse, and office space on 10.5 acres in Osborne, Kansas.
