Since almost 30 years, NGS Elastomer GmbH are working in the rubber- and plastic industry, their initials seem to make a name for themselves.
They made themselves independent with NGS Elastomer more than 15 years ago.
Until today they employ a five headed crew, which day after day pulls together with them to keep the business running. Half of their staff accompanies them a decade at least.
The modern Synthetic Rubber types offer a wide range of applications. The working temperatures are in spectrum from minus 50°C up to far above 200°C. Most types are characterized by a good resistance against ozone, weather and aggressive chemical oils, and the today’s industry can’t be imagined without them anymore: from car tires over rubber gloves to gaskets, membranes up to fuel hoses – all of them are made of Synthetic Rubber.
Today, SBR is the most common Synthetic Rubber for use in applications especially for the production of tires, gaskets and conveyor belts.
They can also offer a wide range of processing aids. Additional to standard accelerators for the Rubber industry, it also offer nitrosamine free materials! Not only in powder or granular form!
