 Our Northern California operation started in 1989 as Compass Product Design. Acquired by MDI on New Years Eve 2015, this design facility, while best known for work in the medical device field, has also created successful, award winning products for clients in consumer retail , industrial equipment, sporting goods, toys, and more.
