In Lancaster, Pennsylvania in November of 1973, Richard C. Rehm, founded his closely held company which he aptly named Lancaster Mold, Inc. (LMI). With the help of Dick’s son, Gary, LMI entered the plastics industry focusing on injection mold repair. Today, the Company can design, build and run your plastic injection mold under one roof.

Today, Rick, Gary and Scott Rehm guide the Company under the same high standards in which LMI was originally founded. The second-generation ownership has provided a new vision for the future.
