About KML KML Story KML Corporation was founded by Kurt Moss in 1987 with just one laminating press, a passion for treating people fairly and respectfully, and a clear vision of the vast, untapped potential for TFM technology. Eight years later, the company was purchased by Willie Wanker, our current president. At the time, KML produced about 600 panels a day. Today, with two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Tacoma, WA., and Stockton, CA., KML now produces more than 4, 000 panels daily. Under Willie's determined guidance, the company evolved from a small, regional operation to a nationally known manufacturer using seven presses for high quality mass production and challenging custom projects.
