Both subsidiaries are managed by shareholder representative Directors. Karbochem (Pty) Ltd is a manufacturer of world competitive synthetic rubbers and elastomeric materials for the tyre, industrial and sporting-goods markets in South Africa, Africa, Australia, South America, Europe, Asia, the UK and the USA. It operates from sites in Sasolburg and Newcastle. The company origin dates back to 1964.
