Kalamazoo Plastics Company is a woman-owned manufacturing company that has been providing custom molded and fabricated expanded polystyrene (EPS) parts and packaging since 1954. We provide protective packaging for pharmaceutical companies, and the construction, electronic. appliance and furniture industries, to name a few. We also provide parts to the U.S. Military.


We have developed the ability to mold high density (over 3 pcf) EPS, which serves as a lightweight and durable replacement for wood, stone, concrete and other materials. Our over 85,000 square foot building allows us to inventory products for our customers to accommodate just-in-time deliveries.
