JSR BST Elastomer Co., Ltd. (JBE) - a Japanese-Thai joint venture company, was established in 2011, as the first S-SBR (Solution Polymerization Styrene-Butadiene Rubber) manufacturer in Thailand, at an initial production capacity of 50,000 tons per year.
The first S-SBR plant has been commercially operated since Q3 / 2013. The production facilities are located at Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province.
