Founded in 1974, with over 40 years of experience in the PE bag and PE film industry, we are the right choice for business customers looking for PE packaging partners in Vietnam.
The starting point is a state-owned enterprise established and involved in cooperation with Japanese companies Nagasaki and Musashino. 

Through cooperative relations with Japanese companies since 1996, HPC has developed a standardized production process with Japanese staffs who can take part in training courses in Japan.

In 2015, HPC converted to equitization with 100% capital from employees. Owing to the new business ownership model inheriting the foundation of the Japanese standard production process, HPC continues to expand the production of mainstream products selected as PE bag and stretch film. So far, HPC has grown to 10 factories located in Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, with a total output of 6000 MT per month, of which 75% are supermarket bags, 24% are garbage bags, 1% are stretch film products.
By becoming a supplier to large corporations and corporations in Japan, HPC products are available in many stores, supermarkets such as Family Mart, Super Mart, Wallmart, Aeon.
Currently, besides PE bag products, HPC has started researching and implementing the project of producing PE products with an estimated capacity of 300 MT per year and started the operation in mid 2018.

In addition, with the human resource philosophy set by the management, HPC has signed an investment cooperation agreement with Japan's Konbini Supermarket, with the desire to bring high quality Japanese products along with the best price for the Vietnamese.

In its business development strategy visioning 2021, with a focus on maintaining four competing capabilities: "Quality - Price - Progress - Commitment", HPC aims to be one of the top PE bags suppliers in South East Asia. With the maintenance of the workshop management system towards the 5S standard, the product meeting the ISO 9001 - 2008 and JIS 1702 quality standards, HPC is one of the few Vietnamese enterprises to be protected in terms of branding in the Japanese market.
