Founded in 1974, with over 40 years of experience in the PE bag and PE film industry, we are the right choice for business customers looking for PE packaging partners in Vietnam.
The starting point is a state-owned enterprise established and involved in cooperation with Japanese companies Nagasaki and Musashino. 

Through cooperative relations with Japanese companies since 1996, HPC has developed a standardized production process with Japanese staffs who can take part in training courses in Japan.

In 2015, HPC converted to equitization with 100% capital from employees. Owing to the new business ownership model inheriting the foundation of the Japanese standard production process, HPC continues to expand the production of mainstream products selected as PE bag and stretch film.
