Suzhou He Hong Electroforming Mold Co., Ltd. started to produce electroformed nickel, electroformed copper products professionally in Shenzhen since 2002. Its products include ordinary nickel scutcheon, copper scutcheon and over-thin nickel production. The products are selected widely by famous brands such as MOTOROLA, Nokia, and Sony.
The backbone of the company has engaged in electroforming technology in South Korea in many years early. The trough liquid equipment has been improved constantly in the production process; now the electroforming equipment technology is quite mature. The products have advantages of high precision light, small stress, high hardness (40-46 degrees), and short processing cycle.
The products or the mold core need optical mirror, CD pattern, wood grain, diamond pattern, drawing lines, diamond-shaped pattern surface; some very complicated moulds, such as the narrow inserts which are difficulty to be polished, the strange shaped mold inserts, worm core, and light mold, all can be electroformed.
