 Ferguson Production, Inc. is a state-of-the-art custom plastic injection molder that was established in 1974 in Eureka, Kansas. Continuous growth has resulted in several expansions including the relocation to McPherson, Kansas in 1992. In 2000, Ferguson moved into their current modern climate-controlled facility. Our molding machines capabilities range from 55 ton through 1,500 ton 260 oz. The operation maintains a high efficiency by utilizing robotics, custom end of arm tooling, and automated assembly. Ferguson offers in-house tooling support, including preventive maintenance, mold repairs, and design optimization. Our 24 hour, 7 day per week operation is ISO 9001 certified.
With capabilities from 55 ton through 1,500 ton 260 oz, we serve many industries including outdoor sporting goods, lawn and garden equipment, appliance, medical packaging, agriculture, automotive and other consumer products.
