Calibre Plastics (Pty) Ltd was established during 1963 in Johannesburg, South Africa by Mr Waldemar Kauerauf. Through experience and knowledge gained in the Tool & Die Making industry in Germany and exceptional service offered to customers Calibre Plastics have been supplying local and international customers for more than five decades.
Our 34 Plastic Injection Moulding Machines, ranging from 40 Ton up to 800 Ton clamping force, can mould parts up to 3.5kg in different plastic materials such as ABS, HDPE, LDPE, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene and a variety of Synthetic Rubbers. Our skilled staff has a vast knowledge of the specific applications for the different materials and can advise on the unique qualities eg Density, Rigidity and Strength of a specific grade of material.
