BINH MINH PLASTIC CORPORATION was established on November 16, 1977 under the model of public-private partnership based on the merger of Vietnam Chemical Plastic Pipe Company (KEPIVI) and Kieu Tinh Plastics Company. At this moment, the factory is directly under the Technology Corporation - Ministry of Light Industry specialized in manufacturing plastic household products and some pipe products with plastic pipe fittings.
