 Bangkok Synthetics Co., Ltd. (BST) was establishedin 1991 as a pioneer of C4 business in Thailand from mixed C4 feedstock supply by Olefins plants, under thesecond stage of the national petrochemical industrial development program initiated by the Thai Government. At present, the Company is the largest producer of mixedC4 products in the Southeast Asian Region. BST debuted commercial operations in 1995 andexpanded its production capacity in 1998 to correspondto the increasing demand in petrochemical industry. 

The Company’s products include Butadiene, Butene-1,MTBE and C4 Raffinates. These products are major rawmaterials of such downstream petrochemical industry asthe manufacturing of synthetic rubbers and plastic resins,which are essential parts of our daily life in the form of medical devices, food containers, tires, shoes, auto parts,electric appliances, sports equipment, etc.
