We offer you mold design and construction, injection molding, assembly and subassembly, and packaging. We have made products for the construction and display industries, and a variety of consumer products.
We have had very low employee turnover and all our skilled technicians on each of the three shifts have many years of familiarity and training in injection molding. This has resulted in short set up times and efficiency in production with little scrap produced. Each operator understands the importance of quality parts and the necessity for product to ship on time.
We work with a variety of plastic resins: ABS, Acetal, Acrylic, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and Polystyrene. We also can work with customized resins and all sorts of colors.
