OUR STORY

Advantage Plastic Products (APP) is a full‐service plastics molding company founded by three industry experts: William Blank, Waynne Froman, and Joel Beaudette. Together, William, Waynne and Joel have more than 100 years of experience in mold design, mold‐making, plastics injection molding, operations, and quality assurance.

Having worked together at a previous injection molding company, Waynne, Bill and Joel started their own operations when their previous employer divested the company. APP incorporated in 1997 and commenced operations on April 1, 1998 in a mill building in Manchester, NH. Since that time and with some of the best employees in the industry, they built a loyal customer base through their experience, ingenuity, and commitment to quality service and technical support.

In July 2008, APP moved into its newly owned and constructed 12,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Concord, NH. In 2016, a second floor mezzanine was created to increase floor space, and APP added its ninth all-electric injection molding machine. In January 2017, APP implemented IQMS, a new ERP software system for real-time monitoring and increased efficiency across all aspects of the organization.
