2009: The company was established in April 2009 with 108,000 USD registered capital and 12 employees. The main business activities are plastics trading and transportation services. First year revenue was 625,000 USD.

2010: There was a dramatical increase in revenue in 2010, reached 973,000 USD.

2011: This year revenue was 1.45 millions USD. Increased registered captital to 146,000 USD.

2012: Company’s revenue surged to 4.9 millions USD, four times compared to the same period last year. Increased registered capital to 288.000 USD. Start approaching bank loans.

2013: The revenue continue to increased nearly four times year on year to 18.75 millions USD. Profit also increased with interest rate delined too.

2014: Continue to maintaine sales growth, revenue was 50.56 millions USD. Rose 2,5 times compared to the same period last year. Increased register capital to 939.000 USD. Replaced old vehicle fleet by all brand new Hyundai fleet which were imported from South Korae. The number of employee was 67 people. This was the first time the revenue passed 1,000 billion VND after 5 years from the beginning.

2015: Raised registered capital to 2.24 millions USD. Improved human resourses structure. Evaluated and strengthened customer system. Revenued reached 53 millions USD, equal to 110% compared to 2014. Implemented independent auditing activities in order to provide shareholders with the most accurate financial information.

2016: Increased registers capital to 4.5 millions USD in August 2016. Adding high level personel, raised number of employees to 86 people. Improved governance system. Invested new warehouse system. Estimated revenue for 2016 is about 69 millions USD, an increase 31% compared to 2015. Changed company's name to new name: A Dong ADG Joint Stock Company (ADONG ADG)
